Africa Women CEOs Network membership is designed for female founders, CEOs, and heads of organizations in and from Africa
Our members are founders of high-growth businesses and CEOs of multinationals and established corporations. We engage them in collaborative decision-making and problem-solving, as part of a support system, who navigate ‘loneliness at the top’ together.
As a global reference point for female founders and CEOs on and from the African Continent, we have representation from West Africa at 42%, South Africa at 16%, East Africa at 12%, Central Africa at 1%, North Africa at 2%, and 27% of our members are living in the diaspora.
Our membership cuts across diverse fields including technology, financial services, social entrepreneurship, healthcare, education, media and entertainment, fashion, oil & gas, and telecommunications. While more than half of our members own growth-oriented enterprises, others lead conglomerates and multinationals.
